A quick look at Micro-arthropods Influences on Nutrient-enrichment
This article takes a look at what the miniature arthropod insect-like creatures accomplish under the leaf litter that resides on the soil. Their contribution to the turn over of carbonaceous compounds into nitrogen for the living plants. We briefly explore how strip-till and no-till are the least destructive to the activity and enriching qualities of these short lived creatures in our soils with loads of residue.
