Orthman 1tRIPr Is a Hit!
Our dealer in Johannesburg area of South Africa Werner Nel had a very successful demonstration and educational day to local growers with the Orthman strip-till tool – the 1tRIPr.

The crop was corn that yielded 12t/ha (190bu/ac)under irrigation “ 1st grade. 34 mm (1.3 inches)of water was put down about one week before we worked the field. Ryegrass was sown in between the corn rows but the livestock already went through the field by the time we worked it. The town where the demo was held is Ugie in the Eastern Cape Province. The day was on the farm of Rob Farrington of Farrington farms.
